Digital Delivery
Final digital files, documents and project materials are usually delivered via email, secure link or client portal after the relevant approval and payment requirements have been met.
The expected delivery date is confirmed in the quote or project communication and may change when feedback, content or approval is delayed.
Fisiese items
If a project includes printing or other physical items, production, courier, cost and delivery details will be confirmed in writing in advance.
Courier times are estimates and can be influenced by the chosen service provider or circumstances beyond Bosveld Media's control.
Problems with Delivery
Let us know as soon as possible if a link is not working, a file is missing or a physical item is damaged. We will investigate the problem and propose an appropriate solution.
